ESD
Vials

We manufacture ESD vials in two different grades: Static Dissipative and Conductive. Both our Static Dissipative and Conductive vials have a polypropylene base resin.

Static
Dissipative
Vials

This is a blue ESD protective vial having a surface resistivity of 10⁸ to 10¹⁰ ohms per square inch. Static Decay rate is 5KV to 0KV, in less than 2 seconds.

Conductive
Grade
Vials

This is a black ESD protective vial having a surface resistivity of 10³ to 10⁵ ohms per square inch. Decay rate on conductive vials is 5KV to 0, in 200 nano-seconds. Polypropylene. Minimum orders Apply.
